What lights you up?
What makes you feel the MOST inspired?
When do you feel free and lose all track of time?
Now, WHERE are you when you're THAT engaged?
I'd love to help organize your life to support THAT space of co-creation.
Accept and express your own unique talents and gifts. . . at home, at work, and in any and every area of your life.
I'm so inspired by your willingness to transform your space!
Let's begin the organizing process now...
You might be feeling eager or curious about a few things, now that you've found the service to fulfill your current needs.
Before every project it's important to set the intention and allow the energy to start flowing...
WILLINGESS | We must first be willing to view our space and valuable items from another perspective than our own. Our ability to stay receptive with an open mind is optimal for one and all. Emotional attachment will slow down the organizing process and we wind up keeping items we don't TRULY need. You've made it this far, you got this.
PRESENCE | In each moment we can choose to be organized by staying present to that intention and remaining focused on what is currently happening in front of and around us. This will help in knowing when important dates are coming up, or remembering where we put our car keys five minutes ago.
EMOTIONAL AWARENESS | By remaining mindful and practicing emotional intelligence, we are able to understand the root causes of our spending habits, shopping tendencies, and desires to keep or hoard the items we feel are valuable. These seemingly small moments of emotional unawareness contribute to the building clutter and chaos in homes across our country and around the world.
SELF - CARE | Take a deep breath. Take another deep breath. This is one of the first orders of business when talking about "self-care." Each of us have our own prefered ways of nurturing our soul and honoring our body temple - whether we're aware of every single one of these actions or not. A healthy personal self-care practice is vitally important to thriving within our own lives. This is why I'm so curious to learn about the patterns and routines that make you tick.
Here are a few other things to be curious about as we get to know each other...
What inspires you most about being organized?
How will organization support your life in an even more functional way?
In what specific areas and spaces will becoming organized support your life the most?
Take a moment to imagine that all of the bothersome spaces in your life are completely in order... Now, use a few words to describe how that feels.
Relax your shoulders, take a deep breath and stop seeking. Whatever you think you need has already been found.
